Dryers

Dielectric Technologies offers air dryers in a wide range of capacities and types to fit your specific needs. Small capacity dryers are available in both high pressure (2-15 psig outlet pressures) and low pressure (.1-2 psig outlet pressures). Small and medium capacity dryers use the oil less/piston type compressors. High capacity dryers use the patented Dielectric water-sealed rotary compressor. Output capacities range from 200 SCFD to 33,000 SCFD. Dryers are available for cable or wave-guide applications.

The basic Dielectric ATS 300Plus transfer panel will operate and monitor up to 8 air dryers at one location and is expandable up to 40 dryers. Alarm notification is by hard wire to alarm center, by phone line to pagers or by E-mail to cell phones. The ATS 300Plus works on any combination of dryers from any manufacturer, operating on any voltage.

Dielectric manufacturers distribution panels for air pipe support systems and for direct cable connection. Pressure-transducers monitor inlet pressures and either totalizing or separate flow transducers are available to read separate cable flows.

Dielectric manfacturers the Helium Detector for leak location that is state-of-the-art. This equipment can find tracer gas concentrations down to 25 ppm. Multi-sonic leak location equipment is available to listen for a leak. A full line of test and support equipment fills out the product range.
